Our Company
After more than 30 years in the banking industry and peripherals of the auto industry, Auto Buyers Consumer Services was founded by Joe Roberts. His background includes 14 years as a bank CEO, several years in automobile dealership financing and flooring (inventory financing) and years of experience in every facet of consumer vehicle financing and leasing. Thus, in 1997, Joe began utilizing his wealth of experience to assist his clients in obtaining the fairest price possible for the new vehicle of their choice. ABCS saves its clients hundreds, even thousands of dollars below the prices they negotiate on their own. Additionally, they are spared countless hours and the hassle of going from dealer to dealer to conduct their negotiations.
Low Prices We have extensive connections with all of the highly competitive wholesale and true fleet dealerships throughout California and in metropolitan areas across the nation. We know where and how to find bargain pricing on any vehicle thus providing tremendous savings for our clients. The prices we arrange are well below prices offered by buying services such as Costco, Auto Club, Credit Union Programs and Internet Programs. And, if the price we quote is higher than a prior quote our client has received, we guarantee full refund of our fee. Low Finance and Lease Rates Our finance and leasing background enables us to provide our clients with prudent advice regarding the best method of acquiring their new vehicle and the lending resources necessary to arrange first rate financing or leasing. Fair Trade-In Values For clients wishing to trade-in their present vehicle, we offer a service utilizing professional appraisers who contact our clients to discuss and/or visually inspect the vehicle. You will then be offered a reasonable price based on the condition and mileage of your vehicle, and, of course, market conditions and supply and demand at the time. The choice is yours.
